Olde Town brick to Candelas and Leyden Rock new builds

Arvada's Olde Town core has early-1900s brick homes and cottages with small footprints and limited attic access, so cable runs there are often surface-mounted in low-profile raceway painted to match trim rather than fished entirely inside walls, especially in additions built onto the original structure. It's an approach we reserve for homes where opening plaster would cause more cosmetic damage than the raceway itself.

Candelas and Leyden Rock, on Arvada's northwest edge near the foothills, are newer master-planned communities with production and semi-custom homes that generally ship with basic structured wiring already in place, which lets us focus most of the visit on integration — networking, camera setup, and lighting control — rather than rough-in.
